And paying by phone now costs five bucks!
Look at my first post - the Customer Service page has a link where you can pay from the bank account of your choice. It's the same set of screens that used to be accessed from the Account Summary page.

The "Customer Service" page is reached by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the Account Summary page - it's there in 6 point type.
