Are you talking about the Miura Peninsula like from Yokotsuka?

Take the Keikyu line to Kamata then change to Haneda. Or take either JR or Keikyu line to Yokohama Stn then walk over to the bus terminal and take the Limo bus to Haneda. Taking a taxi from Yokohama stn to Haneda is not too bad either.
