Hotwire Express?
I received a letter in the mail last week from Hotwire, enrolling me (for free) in their new service called Hotwire Express. They claim it's for their "best customers," which seems like a stretch because I probably only use them 4 or 5 times a year (I use their website all the time, but I usually wind up successfully lowballing their prices on priceline).
They give me a special customer service number, and promise better response time and "issue resolution." (Frankly, I haven't had any such problems with hotwire, although I've had them with priceline). But perhaps most interesting they promise "More flexibility when your plans change."
Now THAT would be interesting. Does anybody have any idea what sort of flexibility they are offering?
