While your flight was suppose to be a dinner flight, you ended up with the cheese and crackers snack plate.

I was on AS545 from LGB to SEA earlier this week. It had a departure time of 6:30pm and it's listed as a snack flight. I was surprised when we had chicken masala and salad.

Somehow I ended up with your meal.
