About a week ago I got an email from Alaska asking me to complete a survey from a third party called i-Say. I didn't have the time to complete the survey, but now I'n getting spam from i-Say asking me to complete studies for money. I've also noticewd more generic spam starting to flow into my work email inbox. I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not.
I'm rather unhappy that Alaska would partner with a company that would treat my personal information as free game. AS has my passport info, credit card number, address, email address and other information. I'm stunned that they would hire a company and allow it to use the information for their own purposes.
Has anyone else experienced this. Is there an easy way to get hold of one of the executives at Alaska about this?
Can you forward a copy of the email you received from Alaska? flyertalk at alaskaair.com
