Iirc, it was $6 a glass in Coach the recent AA transat flights I have taken - or you could pay in EUR or GBP, but watch the exchange some place like xe.com - given the ups and downs, it may actually be cheaper to pay in a foreign currency on occasion, though generally it will cost you more. In the front cabins, the wine is free and may be of better quality as well.
