Yes. You can OLCI 24 hours before your return flight departs. If you don't have easy access to a computer at that time, you can either (A) have friends or family check in for you, or (B) use your internet-enabled cell phone to check-in at mobile.southwest.com
Should we check-in curbside at MHT or TPA?
The only time I'd recommend curb-side checkin is when the line to check in at the podiums is insanely long (like at MCO on a Sunday afternoon, as everyone's returning from their Disney trips).
Any last minute tips for a first-timer?
Make sure you know the 3-1-1 rule about liquids & gels in your carryon.
If you print your BP at home after you online checkin, change your printer layout to landscape, and only print the first page. Otherwise you'll waste ink on printing Southwest's ads.
If you have two different confirmation numbers, open up two different browser windows so that you can quickly OLCI both of them at T-24, rather than doing one, and going back and typing in the other person's name and number
