Hi everyone,
I read somewhere a little while ago that DL in soon to update their ATL/LIM flights to 767-400 with BE premium instead of domestic premium. Indeed, I am scheduled to fly to LIM in May/June and the seatmap is now this of BE plane.
However, my account online still shows complementary Medallion Upgrade requested. I cannot figure out if DL will continue to give complementary upgrade on that flight once it's changed to a BE configuration or not.
The rep on the phone sees my request on her screen and tells me it's business as usual and I will upgrade within the 3 day window if seats are available, the rep by email on the other hand, tells me it's BE product and only Y B M fares are upgradable, no complementary medallion upgrade.
Does anyone have an actual answer to that? Will we continue to get complementary upgrades on that flight? Is the fact that the upgrade status shows "requested" and not "non available" like it would be for a regular international BE product a good sign?
