I, too, think there was a sale last year in April. I don't have a crystal ball, but I'd be surprised if there wasn't one sometime this spring, at least for summer travel.
I have noted, however, that the ex-US CW sale earlier this year did not match the prices of the ex-LON sale on at around the same time, or indeed, the current one.
