I am considering staying there next year. My choices will probably be:

120000 points - 5 nt award Marriott
120000 points - 5 nt award Ritz-Carlton (if pointsavers are available this time next year, which unless the economy stages a remarkable turnaround should be the case)
$325/night including taxes and service charge - Marriott

Point burn value = 1.335¢

I am leaning toward the Ritz-Carlton award if it is available then. Of course if the Marriott rate would drop some then I would pay for the Marriott instead.

Have you stayed at the Ritz-Carlton? And, if so how does it compare?
