We have an upcoming (award LEMFN) stay end of March. I contacted the front office manager via email, since we are traveling with 2 small children, whether a family room would be available. He confirmed an upgrade right away, to an Exec room with 2 dbls. He handled the entire communication in a very professional and friendly way, and offered any other assistance we might need. Much appreciated to receive such service even for an award stay.^
