Three questions, please?
If booking an award flight with KLM or AF and travelling from the UK, would I have to fly via Paris or Amsterdam to say Dubai or New York? Is the award miles amount the same from LHR to JFK as AMS to JFK?

Which airline (KLM or AF) is best in club?
