The lie-flat seats on the new 777 looks very uncomfortable and un-private. While I have not had to opportunity to sample it personally, it does not look like a premium first-class product.

The answer to all of these questions is a simple, "NO."

First and foremost, if Delta wants to compete against the big, premier international airlines (SQ, EK, LX, CX, BA, LH, QF, JL, NH) they have to start acting like these airlines. And the first step in this direction is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Until that happens, they can install all the lie-flat seats they want, but they won't get anywhere without improving their customer service.
