Tomcsa did they give you an air care kit for the 3 hour delay?

In the old days they used to give out air care kits which included a coupon for $25 off a future AS flight.

On my last trip flight they didn't give any out for a three hour delay as far as I know (I went to the lounge to relax while waiting it out) but when I they boarded I asked if they gave any out, the GA said no, but she I could have one, no problem.
