Actually, I'm more afraid that as the 600-pound gorilla, they may become too arrogant to focus on the product. They are now so large that it would take some time for them to detect any customer defection due to product dissatisfaction and take corrective action.

Here's to hoping they use their size to their (and our) advantage.
