I called Aeroplan to inquire about flying from Vancouver to London, followed by a few flights within Europe, and then back to Vancouver. According to the rep, this is not possible...

This is what I would like to do:

May 18: YVR->LHR
May 25: DUB->CPH
May 26: CPH->HEL
May 30: HEL->ZRH
May 31: ZRH->MAD
June 5: MAD->YVR

I found the flights that I would like to take (all with Star Alliance members), but is it true that I cannot fly within europe using points?
