What's the priority for a complimentary Y upgrade?
Does it compete against NC/NF space with other confirmable upgrade instruments? Or does it compete with 500 mile upgrade at the 100/72/48 hr windows?
And at DM, does Y faire complimentary upgrade go on PA or PB list?
