I was flying from AMS just yesterday morning and the options given to me were:
Servisair Lounge which is in the same area with your flight (no guests allowed)
Luftansa lounge which is in the european flight though meaning you will have to go through security and then out again.
I tried the SQ lounge seeing that I had a guest with me and we were refused access initially but then they probably realised their mistake (since I'm a Gold member) and let us in.
