Don't expect too much from the F food service - it's one of the weakest links on BA F. I find the served meals pretty mediocre, the "order when you like" option only if you really take charge and state a time, snacks available on the menu, but again, you have to actively go after them, and putting out fruit or even the chocolates very hit or miss.

Maybe it's just my own reluctance to act "entitled", but I really prefer having options offered to me rather than having to go after them or hit a call button.

I wish BA would consider better offerings especially on overnight flights - I hate to disturb resting crew or those trying to sleep around me when I want a quick nosh mid-flight. I suppose it's ok to go to the CW kitchen, but I haven't ever done that, either. A nice big basket of healthy and not-so-healthy snacks in the galley would be really welcome. As it is, and much as I enjoy the F experience generally, I tend to bring my own snacks on board.
