I would read thru the 2 threads OPFlyer highlighted 3 posts above, and try to have AF do what CO has done for others.
Keep in mind its AF that owes you even though you thought you had a tkt on CO. So AF may or may not follow what CO has done in the past, CO owes you nothing since it wasnt CO miles you were using, if CO will open anything up they will do so at AFs bequest.
