I's suggest calling AF back. Since it's an AF ticket, they are the ones you need to deal with. If they really have a reservation for you for travel on CO then CO should show something. Perhaps a different AF agent will be able to find the proper information in the record. Perhaps you can get AF to call CO while you're on the line so you can get seat assignments, confirm things, etc.?
