There is a bulkhead in front of you so legroom will be slightly restricted. I personally prefer the mini-cabin (rows 16-18). I have never sat in the exit row, but sat in one that was vacant once to see what it was like and I would choose any other seats on this plane EXCEPT these seats. YMMV.
