The annual fee for the primary cardholder is $450. If you want one for your spouse...or anybody else...it's $150/per card. The primary account holder will have the Reserve designation on their SkyMiles account....the additional cardmembers will not. So in reality, even though you would have the Reserve card, you will not get the upgrade priority, but you will be able to get into the CRC..with 2 guests.
