Do not stay at the Wilshire Plaza hotel. It is a dump. Recommend you stay at the airport and navigate by rent-a-car, or public transportation if you must, from there. A 4* LAX hotel is about a $60-65 Priceline bid. If you do not want to stay by the airport, recommend Santa Monica, Beverly Hills or Long Beach.
