Hi! I haven't had any definitive answer from AF, so I'll see what CO's take on this issue is.
I have a confirmed ticket with AF on CO metal. Amadeus says the ticket is confirmed, but no CO PNR is on the reservation. I had a problem trying to reserve seats as CO has no record of these passengers at all. What does AF or I need to do at this point? Thanks for your help.
