I really cannot believe you are stopping people bringing their own plastic bags to the airport, and forcing passengers to buy them. This is blatant profiteering. When next I come through, I will have a copy of the DFT rules for security and ensure that I am fully compliant with them - try and force me to buy your stupid bags then!

I presume your company has/had an environmental policy - how does such a stupidly wasteful and waste generating policy as this comply with your green credentials? Or do you get to conveniently overlook it if there is some cash to be made.
