The way I read it, the secondary cardholder has all the priveleges and benefits of the primary, with the exception of course that only one gets the miles boost for spending.
There is also no way to tell by looking at your card that you're not the primary, so the keepers of the gate at the CRC would not be able to tell.
so if that is true, and the card itself is the access granting device at the crc, then that is really a benefit to signing up for the reserve card. 2 for 1 membership.
