Yours is an interesting response. One I find both amusing and sad all at once.

Amusing in that you pretend to know the mind of every poster here. I would argue that if you truly knew what you report with such zeal that you'd be the highest paid consultant in the airline industry. Alas you aren't.

Sad in that for reasons known only to you, you have become bitter, angry and cynical and lash out at the very people whose higher yield, regular spending are the very people who keep your airline in business.

Most of us feel very strongly about playing by the rules and therefore we expect our vendors to do likewise. It's not a particularly difficult concept to grasp. If the airline in question lards on all manner of fees and restrictive fare rules then it is only fair and reasonable for the customer (Who I often like to refer to a Salary Providers) to expect something as basic as a beverage service be performed in accordance to the airlines policy and procedure.
