What date does Juniper use to determine $25K annual spending?
What date does Junpier use to determine the $25K annual spending?

Is it the purchase date or the statement date or something else?

For example, if I charged $5k in Dec of 08 and it appears on the Jan 09 statement, what year does it count towards?
