People may complain about this stuff, but the fact of the matter is that most will accept it. Plenty of carriers charge for headsets, most charge for food, and plenty charge for IFE (or wifi or offer neither). Throw in checked bag fees, phone fees, change fees, and the various other sundry charges, and I think it pretty apparent that these fees work. Why not charge for AVOD?
