I can not find a 'pick my seat option' in the manage my booking function?
I am sure some of you have seen my recent post.

Any way my ticket reads like this, MEL-SYD-JNB-PER-MEL. The JNB-PER leg being on SAA metal with a QF flight number. All the other flights are on QF metal with QF flight numbers.

In the manage my booking function I can not find the option to 'change my booking dates' nor to 'pick my seats'.

It was bought with the recent J, buy one get one free special.

Also it now reflects in there that ticket cost me AUD0.

Any advice ... to how I can go about getting a seat without having to phone QF?
