meals in F from a newbie [Is there usually a vegetarian item on the menu?]
Hi

I will be taking my first F flight in a couple of weeks and was wondering if there is usually a vegetarian item on the menu?

Just wondering if I need to book a special meal?

Is there a link available which will show the menu SFO->LHR BA286?
