Well I ask for advice as I am not sure of what I am entitled to legally in AUS. If I am entitled to 'demand' a re-route or hotel accommodation, freebies what ever etc.

I have a bad history of dealing with moronic airlines so I want to know what I can legally ask/demand before I speak to them.
