Capital One SUCKS and has the worst..make that no customer service..In my opinion they are a criminal operation and allways look to cheat thier customer..Dont dare mail in your payment to them,they will hold it until its late so they can charge you a late payment fee..and try to raise your APR any chance they get..I could go on in detail but please listen to what people are telling your here..In my opinion..CAPITAL ONE ARE THIEVES..
