From the discussions we've had around here, the answer is no: they will not cover a hotel, food, or anything else. You will be given a $200 voucher and nothing else. Personally, I wouldn't do it.

I am not an authoritative source, though, so if an AS employee would like to correct me on this, I would very much love it!!

I second the request for clarification... it would be logical that if beyond the initial flight, lodging would be included if there was a need for a bump... ( however I am not holding out hope... )
