With the fall time change, I've arrived in CLT from LGW on the morning after the change and we found that the crews trained to remove baggage from the A330 weren't at work yet. They hadn't planned for the flight to get in an hour "early" and we had to hang out in international baggage claim for a good while before they could get us our bags.
