I hosted an FT do at the Lamb and Flag a long long time ago.. and the Cheshire Cheese is where I held my leaving drinks when I changed jobs once.
Not that I live in London anymore, but good to see these places are still popular.
Another vote for Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese. Good spotted dick. Great ambiance--especially downstairs. A hoary place....
