This is Europe not the US More than half of the customers have their own UMTS Internet. Why should the hotels go down with the rates for a minority of people coming from under-developed wireless countries?
And for certain there are differences between North Amererica and Europe. Being at the other end of the pond I alway believe that SERVICE should be included as a basis as towels and pillows and should be included in the room rate. Nevertheless: Everybody asks me for a tip for basis services....
