I agree its very misleading. I was only able to discover after searching for and finding the promo web page. Then I cross referenced the dates, more than 23 hotels, and 2000 points so was able to confirm that it was this offer indeed. Even more confusing is that there are a lot more than 23 hotels on the list, not sure why they chose 'more than 23'. Go figure.
