Assuming your flight arrives on time, that should be plenty of time to go from gate to gate. SLC is pretty small in comparison to other airports and most Delta flights are in the C and D terminals which are right next to each other.

You could probably even go from Terminal E to Terminal A in less time than what you have, and that's the farthest you can go at SLC.
