It's an atrocious time to go through B/Csecurity at PHL. You could be in security a VERY long time. I concur with the advice to use D security though when I did it last Tuesday for a 9:30 am UA flight, it took about 45 min. which isn't great either! The other option is to use F security which is usually MUCH shorter and take the shuttle bus over to C16.
