....or you can use an airline that doesn't have its head up its backside. I'm a gold with CO, NW and AS right now. This has never been an issue...ever. That fewer people are even replying to this thread is beyond me. I'm guessing the survey was somewhat selective.

Back on topic though, anyone have the contact information for any of the directors of the airline?
