Oh and that is not even access to WiFi, if you need to access WiFi it will end up costing you 38 Euros

After calling downstairs, the asst mgr came up to my room. I expressed my displeasure and infront of her (since I had agreed to 21.99 Euros) went to SPG.com and cancelled a reservation at teh same hotel for the end of the month.

So, crazy pricng has resulted in reduced room revenue.
