Where did I say that DL had a better reputation? I simply said that NW has a really, really c**py reputation. To be fair, I think both have a pretty darn c**ppy reputation (as do all the legacy airlines). If you think NW has a reputation for quality, then you have very, very low standards for quality. Or you think that other people do.
