Did anyone sign up for the Extra Mile Bonus? I did, and my extra miles were posted for my Jan and Feb flights. However, March flights have not been credited with the extra miles bonus.

I am Gold Elite, and have the Presidential Plus MC, so I am getting the extra 25% bonus for that, but no Extra Miles bonus for March flights.

Anyone else having the same issue?
