Connecting at SEA
How long should I give myself to connect from BA to Alaska Airlines at SEA?

The BA flight arrives at 17:00. I then have a choice of a flight to PDX at 20:00 or 21:00. These will be booked on separate PNR's, so I don't want to give myself too little time.
