Hi everyone!
I have preselected the seats 28HJ in a 747-400 mid-J, so it is the first row of WT. I've never had a chance to get an exit row before and the "it might get cold during the flight" advice from seatguru bugs me.
It is a long flight so even if it does get cold I think I should keep these seats because of the space (and being just 2, for me+husband), but I would need to know if it gets really cold to wear something warm for the night.
Is there any other thing I should be aware about these seats?

You'll be fine with those seats, very unusual for there to be a noticeable difference around the doors on a 747-400 or 777.
On the 767 though avoid doors 3 at all costs, can think of a few aircraft where the old Artic Survival Suits wouldn't keep you warm, and don't get me started on the temperature around doors 1 on the 767!!! We have been offically told it is acceptable to have a blanket wrapped around our legs during the night when in this galley..
