- How are the rooms?
Large room with 2 Queen Beds (as requested), clean, comfortable, modern. Hotel had construction on 2 sides of the property during our visit. Slippers, bathrobes***.

- What was good and what was bad?
Good - easy access to airports with a tube station just a few feet away; very courteous welcome at 11:00am with an offer to use the gym locker room to freshen up, but they seemed to struggle with which room to give us (darker one available now, brighter one available later, the hotel was nowhere close to full) (we had not requested early check-in)
Bad - heating not working at all in the room at check-in and they did not want to give us a different room, we should just sit there and wait while maintenance fixed it, left to get parts, finished fixing it; very generous gift of a small bottle of water (for 2 people to share over 3 nights
); had to request a 2nd bathrobe (2 guests on the reservation, 2 guests checked in in person) on 2 different days; try getting the gender correct on the bill!
