I think it is the mid-J configuration that mainly flies on the CPT. The WT+ cabin is in-between CW lower deck and First. CW in Upper Deck and in first cabin behind the stairs to the Upper Deck.
Also always only one door is used for boarding and deplaning.
CW really get pissed off because they get held back until all the WT+ and First pax get off before they are allowed to move.
I had the mid-J 747 last week to Cape Town (with OW livery) and again in August last year.
