Assuming you have tjhe same flight number then I would think you would be fine.
Although IIRC your miles booking will be in O Class for the original 744 flight which corresponds to F Class and as F class doesn't exist on the A380, there may be some confusion as what to do with you at check-in if your PNR has not been updated correctly
